Privacy policy of the prefabet-ostrow.pl service

I. General Information

The Service performs functions of acquiring information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

(a) Information entered in the forms.
(b) Cookies recorded in the end devices.
(c) Collection of web server logs by the hosting operator OVH sp. z o.o., operating at the address www.ovh.pl

II. Information in the forms

The www.prefabet-ostrow.pl service collects information voluntarily provided by the Users.

In addition, the www.prefabet-ostrow.pl service may save information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address). Data in the form is not made available to third parties.

Data provided in the form may constitute a set of potential clients, registered by the Operator of the www.prefabet-ostrow.pl Service in the registry kept by the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.

Data provided in the form shall be processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. in order to carry out the process of service request or commercial contact

III. Information about cookies

The so-called “Cookies” consist of IT, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s terminal device and are intended for the use of the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storing them on the terminal equipment and a unique number.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a) Building statistics which allow to obtain information how Service Users use websites, which enables improving their structure and content,
b) Building a session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each subpage of the Service,
c) Verification of the user’s profile, for better matching of material in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

Two types of cookies are created as part of the operation of the Service: “session” (session cookies) and “persistent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that designed for storage in the Users’ terminal devices until the User logs out, leaves the website or switches off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

The web browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User’s terminal device by default. Users of the Service can change their settings in this respect. IV. Server logs

Some user browsing behaviour is subject to logging in the server layer. The data shall be used exclusively for the administration of the service and to ensure that the hosting services provided are operated as efficiently as possible.

The resources viewed are identified by URLs. In addition, the following data may be recorded:
a) time of receiving the enquiry,
b) time of sending the reply,
c) name of the client station – identification via the HTTP protocol,
d) information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
e) URL address of a page previously visited by the user (referer link), if you accessed the Service via a link,
f) information about the user’s browser,
g) IP address information.

The above data are not associated with specific visitors.

The above data shall only be used for the purpose of server administration.

V. Managing cookies – how to grant and withdraw the consent in practice?

If a user does not wish to receive cookies, he/she can change his/her browser settings.

However, we reserve that disabling of operating the cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, maintenance of user preferences may hinder, and even make it impossible to use the websites.

VI. Your rights

You have the following rights:

a) the right to be informed about the processing of your data within the scope of Article 15 of the GDPR;

b) pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data pertaining to you;

c) In accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of your personal data stored with us, insofar as further processing is not necessary:

– to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
– to comply with a legal obligation;
– on grounds of public interest;
– to establish, assert or defend claims;

pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR – the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, provided that:

– the accuracy of your personal data is contested by you;

– processing is unlawful and you object to their deletion;

– we no longer need your personal data but you need them to establish, assert or defend your claims;

– you have lodged an objection against the processing under Article 21;

in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, the right to receive the data provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to send it to another controller (“right to data portability”);

in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can turn to the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence, place of work or our company headquarters in this regard.
